Hye.. I'm Joanita Aren and this my report all about my experiences,difficulty in nursing,and how is my general life.
First it is about my experience life in big city like Kuching,my experiences about my study and my practical, and from beginning until now. First time i reached at Kuching i'm a little bit discomfort because not familiar with new situation that i must faced everyday.I come Kuching at august 2009 ad now so many changes that i can see in myself. Here, i make a lot of friends at my college,church and during my practical at hospital. I can socialize with others people and from that i can learn more about my course. I want to tell about my experiences.

...First time go for practical i have very funny storyhehe....i did not have time take bath,take my breakfast.haha...i wake up too late already that morning because i just arrived from Miri that night and i'm very tired becuase from the village go straight to miri and to kuching.Luckily,first day i not so bored at hospital because i feel time pass quickly that day. So many thing i learn first day and the next day i can learn from mistake and will do the best for myself next day. The others my experiences is first time give injection insulin. I'm scare see the needle..but i sucessfully done it. so many experiences in nursing. The experiences about first time lecturer give assignment. I'm worry because how can i done my assignment very well.? Honestly i'm blur that time.i do my first assignment at last minutes. Me and my friend (wendy,jennifer.cecilia,esther) spend our night at cyber do that assignment.Type assignment,find of information and we done our assignment at 2am something. And then go back to hostel and wake up 8am and send assignment.Huh...feel more relief.No more stress.At hospital,everything work like change pampers to patients,change their linen,do bed bath to patients,feed them sometimes and coax them when they in waiting their family member to come see them.All of that is my experiences.And that all my experience that i cannot forget along i'm in nursing.

About the difficulty in nursing,i can tell also here.First time i thinking nursing is easy but now i can tell nursing is not easy to me because nursing is about to save people life and anything happen wrong patients can sue if they know the thing we done to them is wrong.Patients can angry and need to cool down.So far in tutorial i can fixed it and to in my practical it is a little bit difficult and must learn more from clinical instructor and lecturer.When i practical, i will tell my clinical instructor to see whether the procedure i do to patients is correct.And if i do wrong,my clinical instructor will correct me and i can learn from my mistake and i do my best next time.So far i can learn more thing during practical.And when tome OSCE,(Objectives Structural Clinical Examination) I a little bit nervous and when result OSCE come out, Thanks to Lord, i pass my OSCE very well.About exam,i ever repeat my subject because i'm fail but in second time i can do my best.Assignment,i do at the time no more last minutes for assignment.

And now i tell about my general life.First time come to Kuching, i and my friend helped by Datuk Alfred Jabu and his wife,Tan Boon Foo,Interhill,and the one i forget already.I think it is SALCRA GROUP. All the person i mentioned is helped us before we get ptptn loan.They support i and my friend in our financial. Thank you to them.Life as student,i need money to buy note,pay for print assignment,pay for bus fee by my own money.Buy food also by own money.Out PTPTN is twice a year.Our money deducting for hostel fee=rm180 for 6 sharing,1 semester=rm5000,1 repeated subject = rm500,1 resit(exam again)=rm100/subject,uniform,book,and the others.Now bus fee for go to practical is by our own money.But college will arrange transport for student.Our remaining money will depend on our deducting.More we pay,and balance will less. Less we pay,and balance will more for us.Sometimes balance is can rm800-rm1400 and 6 months later will get PTPTN balance from deducting. That money have to save for 6 months.Life as student,financial problem is common one.I ever work part times during my semester break. I can have a lot money from that.So far,my general life is in moderate.In conclusion for my report is thank you so much and HAPPY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR.GOD BLESS.Thanks again.That all my report....
